The River Ridge Knights Wrestling program focuses on building character, discipline and self-confidence while developing the skills necessary for each athlete to experience success in their age group. In our program, helping each wrestler to be confident, and to overcome mistakes, adversity and stumbling blocks is just as important as learning wrestling technique and strategy.

Knights Wrestling Coaches have a simple goal: To prepare young men and women with the mental toughness, physical skills and conditioning, and emotional strength needed to compete in the sport of wrestling. The Knights Wrestling program provides a venue for young athletes to practice and compete with other wrestlers with similar years of experience. Our coaches are dedicated to providing each wrestler with an opportunity to succeed, to nurture and encourage their interest in wrestling, and to assist in growing the sport in the state of Georgia.
